Original Draft 5 was presented to the ISA Boards for discussion. The general consensus was that Draft 5 needed some work, because of
- length;
- difficulty with the English Language;
- some repetition;
- no clear focus on what anyone should do with the recommendations.

A new temporary working committee was set up to review draft 5 and prepare a draft 6 for circulation. Draft 6 can be read here.
